Concept: I want to build mechanisms and systems that deal with in-betweenness in ways in which that demonstrate the fact that you can’t be at two places at the same time. In order to reproduce this phenomenon, I plan to have two identical objects that are at the opposite states from each other. Such that, when you act upon one of them the other one gets acted upon but in the complete reverse order. So the one object needs the other one to be operated/to exist and vise versa.
First Prototype: Consists of two zippers; one zipped and the other one unzipped. In order to unzip the zipped one, you have to zip the unzipped one; and in order to zip the unzipped one, you have to unzip the zipped one.
